Thinking about building a 22 BR how hard is it to make the brass. Been reloading for a while now just never messed with a wildcat.

Actually, it's quite simple. Just size 6 BR brass down to 22 through the full length die. I always fireform the brass with a charge of bullseye and cream of wheat with a wax plug. This blows the kinks out of the brass. Then you can trim to length and turn the necks to uniform the neck thickness.

Just go slow when loading your powder charge. A little bit makes a BIG difference. Not as forgiving as it's bigger brother the 6 BR.
