Bolt Questions

I have two questions about the bolt on the 110.

The Rear Baffle on the action is 'sloppy'. When the bolt is full assembled, it will wiggle and move around. If i have the bolt out of the gun, i can even turn the rear baffle out of the 'grove'.

Is there a rebuild kit to use on this? Or is this the way these baffles are?

Also, there is a spring washer between the bolt head and front baffle. My washer is not 'flat' infact, it's kind of bent.

Are these spring washers supposed to be flat?

That is how it is supposed to work.
The rear baffel is only for gas control in a catastrophic case failure.
The bolt-head washer is supposed to be curved to provide some tension on the floating head, until wiggle is needed during lock-up.
