I have a Model 11 centered which left the factory as a 7-08 and is now a .250 Savage. Since the .250 is a shorter cartridge, I am having a problem. When the rounds are loaded properly into the magazine, the rounds nosedive into the bottom face of the barrel. Do I need to replace the mag box or can I tweak the mag lips to get reliable feeding.
