Well got too look at and play with my rifle. Went to the range rain and snow so went home. Was cleaning all the long rifles and there it was 4x24 BSA on my wz78 22. Put it on my 308, put the 4x12 off the 78 4x24 is a milldot. I can sight in at 225, and find 300, with the dot. And the trigger is way light I like it it will help me scores but light all in all savage makes a nice tight rig. Thanks

I've only had chance to run some factory ammo through mine since Christmas. Just mounted a Nikon Prostaff 5 4.5-18x on it and reinforced the stock with Rockite. I'm really anxious to get to my load development. I'm hoping for a greater shooter than even my other Savages. The local range here is closed until April and the farm I usually shoot on during range closure is axle deep in mud. :mad:
Now if I can figure out which single feed ramp will work on this model.
