Which bolt head for 300 wby

I have a 112 that started life as a 300 rum. I am now changing caliber. Its seems like the bolt head on it from the factory has issued picking up the round. Would a different bolt head help with that or do I need to work on the magazine lips to keep the round in longer

I knew that it was the same size bolt head, I just didn't know if there was different types. I prob need to do more magazine work to keep it from popping out so soon
