Will my barrel fit in a medalist stock???

I have a bison barrel on the way for my 110 LA and I a heavy sporter contour chambered in 6.5 CM. Jim stated on the spec sheet that the barrel will be .750 at the muzzle. Will this barrel fit in a B&C Medalist stock?

yup! I am running a bull barrel which is 1" at the muzzle and the stock needed no modification to fit it.

I just built a 25-06 for my dad and put it in a B&C Medalist stock. Jim @ Apache did it, it was a heavy sporter. I had to sand out the barrel channel some to make it fit. The short action medalist stock has a varmint barrel channel, where the LA stock doesnt.

How did it end up working out for you? I have a Shilen varmit contour that I am hoping will fit without to much sanding into a medalist..

I wound up ordering a custom stock from McMillan.

I did the same. A McMillan HTG stock.
