For you guys fighting that flyer, have you cleaned and polished the inside of you bolt body, checked for rubs on your firing pin and insured it travels smoothly. Have you made sure your primers are seated firmly?
Are we talking... consistency of lock time, here? It's possible, but I'm more or less willing to own-up and say it was me.
Or the mirage.
On second thought, it was definitely the mirage.

I'll blame the two "fliers" on consistently inconsistent hold on the stock.

The rest of the groups that day were between .75-1.0" though. I'll still take it for the platform and shoddy shooting bench at a public range.

So after a year of trying to find a ammo my gun likes, I found it, this is one of the groups. I found that the turret moved after the 4th round, I must have done it during the cease fire while racking/unracking the rifle. This a 5shot group at 100 yards with asym 168 barnes ttxs, I'm gonna have to start to reload because I like seeing groups like this just don't like the 49.99 price tag of a box of 20. At that price I'm gonna move up to 338lapua.

Sounds to me your not dealing with a flyer. Your dealing with Mirage. Maybe.
