How to identify SSS time and true

I am looking at purchasing a rifle that has supposedly had a time and true by SSS and a port added. How would I be able to tell? I believe it was initially a rb/rp action. Are the SSS ports easy to discern?

Send a note w/the action S/N to Fred,aka Sharpshooter. If he actually did the work he'll have a record of it.
