Check out Brunos Shooters Supply. They stock quite a few blanks from Krieger.

If you want a Shilen, try Jerry Wilbanks (aka the Barrelman). I have got a couple from him. He stocks some sizes. However it is hard to beat his prices on a pre-fit versus what a blank cost. Here is his website. Luck, Tim
