Are you guys using lighter springs on the ejector to keep it from side loading the case in the chamber?

The "side loading" thing you are talking about is no more than a myth, and doesn't affect accuracy. Despite all the claims, there are more competitive bench rest shooters using ejectors now than there ever was. The spring needs to be strong enough to eject properly and that is all.

I remove my ejectors. Don't want my brass flying around where I have to search for it. Just pick it out and put it in the box.

Think about it. If the ejector spring was strong enough to "side load" the case in the chamber, I would be more inclined to be looking at a sloppy chamber that would let the case move that much to make a difference.
