Just purchased a used Savage .22LR. from LGS. Shop had to hold it for 30 days. Picking it up from the brig on Saturday, so hope to post some pics. Have been looking for some time for a .22 caliber rifle to be used for plinking and indoor target shooting. Spotted the Savage and knew this was the one.

Have been lurking on your site for a few days and found it to be quite informative. Looking to learn from each of you and become a contributor in the future.:cool:

Hotolds442: Appreciate the "Welcome". Was going to pick up the Savage .22LR this AM, but was too blustry, wet and cold this AM in the Bay Area. 50 degrees. (LOL):cool: Wow have I got soft. Born up in DuBois, Pa. in Clearfield County. Left Pa. when I finished college and entered the service. Warm weather will really spoil You. Regardless, I will brave the elements and pick up the Savage this afternoon. Appreciate all the "Welcomes" and look forward to sharing on the site.
