New Model 25 22 Hornet Lightweight Varminter

I picked up a new model 25 22 Hornet light varminter today, unboxed it here at home and assembled my bolt, inserted the magazine, but it will not click in place. I did remove the trigger guard and try to insert the magazine and it clicks in place. When I replace and tighten the trigger guard in place and attempt to seat my magazine it will not latch in place. Any ideas that you might have would be great.

Look into the mag well to see where the magazine is supposed to latch to see why it won't lock in. You may have to do a bit of Dremel work on the trigger guard to alleviate the problem.
