Anyone have acouple bolt setups for one rifle and switch barrels and complete bolts if so how did it work or anything to watch when doing so..

With as cheap as Axis rifles are it really doesn't make sense to do the switch-barrel thing anymore, especially if you start factoring the cost of multiple complete bolts.

The reason im asking is noone has a .473 boltface in stock yet but i do have another complete bolt assembly from my other rifle and i am wanting to use it till i can get the parts I need for my other bolt assembly

I do, it works great for me, just make sure you stamp the barrel on the bottom so that you know where screw it into so its head-space is correct each time. BTW I received the 308 barrel, Looks great threaded.
