Hello new here and new to the chassis game. Just bought a XLR Element and seem to be having problem with the mags. Bought MDT mags and it seam a little tight and will not lock. You can hit the bottom on the mag to lock. Does the Alpha Type 2 mags work better ?

I have AICS mags with my element and I wish they were tighter. They rattle like crazy.

I run both Alpha 1's and 2's. Without issue.

Thanks. I going to order the AI mags and have them coated to keep from hearing the rattle.

Here are some pictures of the rifle. Its a model 10T with the Vortex PST 6-24x50 Nightforce rings and base. Having the barrel threaded and installing the Gen 1 Little ******* Brake installed this week. I will post pictures when its done.

Looks nice. How do you like the vortex scope? Been looking at that one for my 10T.
