Could someone tell me how the ejector bar is removed from the old 7mag 111 that I have? I'm switching over to a 243 for my daughter. I have the barrel, and have ordered the bolt face and all that goes along with it, BUT I think that the ejector bar for the 7mag controlled feed need to be removed so the new push feed bolt face will work correctly. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Will the bar remove if I just drop the trigger retaining pin, or is there another pin that needs to be removed? The bar feels like its spring loaded and don't want parts flying if I remove the wrong thing
