A folding adapter for the 10BA 308 rifle? I sure haven't had any success in my research!

Please enlighten me, what is a folding adaptor, I'm not familiar with the terminology? Does it have to do with bipod use?

I think he's talking about a folding mechanism for the buttstock. If so, I haven't seen one for the BA and about the closest thing that I have seen to it would be for an XLR chassis system.

Will an AR15 folding mechanism work? Like this:http://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/stock-parts/buttstocks/ar-15-m16-gen3-m-folding-stock-adapter-prod71553.aspx

Sorry, I'm not entirely familiar with the ba stocks... you could always sell it and get an MDT or Mcrees chassis...

My apologies, I can't be accused of being overly descriptive on that one! But, yes... I was meaning to refer to the butt stock. An AR15 style folder won't work with the 10BA chassis. The stock has a square tube between the Magpul buttstock and the chassis vs. the buffer tube set up that some of the others are using...

Selling it might well be an option. A folder is about the only thing that I really would like extra from the factory setup.

You might be able to get the Mcree folder to fit. They lock up nice and tight, I have two mcree folders.
