Ok, Guys, This past year I picked up a McGowan 1-8 twist 22-250AI, 26" barrel. Installed it on an older stagger feed action, & now it sits in a new VLP stock. I've fire formed 100 pieces of Lapua brass. I'd really like to shoot some higher B.C. bullets through this rifle. I've already tried some 75 A-Maxes with H-4831sc, H-4350, & some RL-22. Nothing very impressive so far. I just picked up a box of the new Sierra 77 TMK's. My question for the Ackley Gurus here, does anyone have load info for this combo, or even 80 grn. Nosler CC, Berger 75 vld's, 77 TMK's, or the 75 V-maxes. I'd really like to use this rifle for a medium long range coyote blaster(4-600 yds.). Any powder recommendations & load data would be greatly appreciated!! I am an experienced reloader, so I do understand about others data, in my own rifle! Thanks in advance for any useful information that is given!

For any 75, 77, or 80gr bullets I stuff as much H4831, Win 780 or RL22 as I can in my 22-250 AI, + - 45gr. All with excellent results.

I've seen the Nosler Date. Useful to a degree, but, not for a 22-250AI fast twist. And I've looked @ Sierra's AI data. But, all of these are pretty limited. I'm looking for a bit more "Real-World data" from experienced Ackley Shooters! Thanks again. Idaho-45
