I saw the site ad for this here and wondered if anyone used one and if so their impressions with it.

Looks expensive to buy @ $470.00 plus shipping, and expensive to set up (10 lbs of SS pins), but I guess if you need that kind of volume and speed it is one way to go. If I were looking to justify that kind of expense, I'd have to be cleaning a crap ton of brass per day. How much shooting are you doing?

I bought a harbor freight Rock (wet) tumbler for $25.00. I use it as a dry media tumbler, but it'll do SS pins if I want. Capacity is about 2 qts and I typically do 25 to 30 rifle brass at a time, preceded by ultra sonic cleaning.

Someday I might try the SS pins, just to see what all the hub-bub is about.

I would get the STM kit. I have a model B and I'm happy with it. They now have a kit that's only $10 more but hold more brass. I have ran the crap out of mine with no issues.

Just asking for a friend. I doubt he has a clue of the price. He would have done it himself, however his needs to replace his computer.
