Fun day at the range today.

Just dialing in my axis 100yrds stock barrel 30-06 I was shooting federal shok 150gr sp shooting with a bipod ,a boyds featherwieght stock and burris 14x42 got the groups pretty tight for a cheap rifle I'm really happy with the results so far.this was three shots I took to see if I could hit the quarter and all three hit .The third shot grazed it because the quarter ended embedded in the pallet I taped it to :eyebrows:http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b86/blink31180/20151231_160702_zpseu3hfe8w.jpg (http://s17.photobucket.com/user/blink31180/media/20151231_160702_zpseu3hfe8w.jpg.html)

Thank you ! Yes it was a beautiful day to hit the range.I can't wait until I get a precision barrel for it ,I'm already getting pretty good results with this stock barrel I can only imagine a precise barrel.I will be shooting 300yds hopefully next week because I need to qualify in order to use the 300 range and we will see how tight I can get it at that range.

2 through a quarter and a graze id say you should have no problem qualifying for the 300yd range..nice shooting!

I would love to compete eventually but for right now there's plenty to work on still a long road ahead to even think competing
