Savage model 16 in 300 wsm

I just traded for a Savage model 16 in 300 wsm. Supposed to be a weather warrior. Has ss barrel and was threaded and a muzzle brake installed. I can't find one on Savage home page like this one. It's a blind box mag and no accutrigger. Is this a real weather warrior. It is pillar bedded. Was wondering the value of the rifle. Excellent condition. Has spi stamped on barrel. Serial# G054005

Sounds like a Weather Warrior to me. Early 90's manufacture date, if you go to the Savage FAQ's and click on history, you can search the catalogs for your specific model.

Looked at faqs but it jumps from the 80s to 2002. I'm as lost as before. I really want to know how that stock was done. I've got 3 more I'd like to do the same way.
