I recently got a boyds stock for my bmag. I went with the classic style in walnut. I was wondering if anyone was having issues with fitment. Mine isnt quite fitting right, or I dont think it is. If I can figure out how to post pictures I will. Ive never needed a stock or anything before, but I do know how to work with wood. Any help would be great.

take it to your local gunsmith they have all the tools - you may want to ask them to glass bed it while they have it.

Are you just worried about it being slightly off center, or is there another issue that this single pic isn't showing us? If it's just the centering, try loosening the front action screw, centering the barrel and holding it there while you tighten the screw back up. Sometimes with a generous inlet like this there's enough slop to let the works lean to one side or the other when you tighen things up with the gun not upright and level.

I had the same trouble a little bit, I believe it is because they modeled it after the original savage plastic stock which was off to the side, so there the problem is
I just used a wooded dowel and sand paper to make both side open up the same. it happened with my classic stock and my HB bmag featherweight thumbhole stock also
