Does anyone know where I can get one of these for a savage?

Badger Ordnance lists that bolt knob on their site, I assume any number of smiths could install it for you. I don't know why that site you found it on wouldn't offer to install it on a Savage, it might be worth contacting them to find out if they'll do it on a one-off basis.

Thanks. Yeah I figured a bolt could be modified to fit this but I was more curious if someone alreadt made these for savage and at a more, let's say, modest price.

From Brownells website, it appears that the knob uses a 5/16-24 thread, which seems to be pretty standard among threaded bolt handles. I threaded my Axis bolt handles myself and without machine tools (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fczCGdZG1iM&list=PL6mstF7_2-gm3WnoBZZ1QLpjIeoFWXqg9&index=2), but it appears $60-70 is the going rate for a shop to do it.
