thank you for your reply lucy,i know that the 112bt has not been made for a number of years.this rifle has been on a dealers shelf and i have looked at it a number of times before deciding to take the plunge.i think it will make a good f/class rifle

If you handload, try the 168 grain Sierra Match King and the Hornady 178 grain A-Max. They should shoot well in your rifle.

No, not familiar with that trigger. If you pull the action from the stock, you'll know if it's adjustable if it has set screws.

The 112BT has the adjustable 3 screw trigger. If you are going to shoot F-class past 600 yards, stay away from the 168 SMK bullets. They are a 600 yard bullet and go unstable past about 800 yards. I would recommend any of the 155 grain Palma bullets for all your shooting.

Been quite a while since I've shot the 308 at long distance. Thanks for the info on the 168 grain, didn't know that.

Someone send him the link on the proper adjustment method for the three screw trigger. And remind him to make sure the barrel and tang is free floated.

have been looking on web sites for any info i can find on this rifle but it does not seem to feature that much.i know it has been discontinued for a number of years and wondered if it was not a popular model or just had limited appeal due to it being more of a target type .thanks to anyone that has or will reply.
