270 wsm

If I were going to build a 270 wsm what action could I use.

You can use a long or a short action, models 10 though 16 or 110 though 116. I even have one that is a Stevens action.

Yes they are all of them 6mm, 257, 6.5,270, 7mm, and 300 are all small shanks. And I show no mercy when loading them either.:laser:

Savage factory 270 WSMs are currently built on large shank, short actions. But there are lots of small shank aftermarket barrels out there.

Definitely want to go with a short action. Shank size will depend on your barrel. I went with the factory barrel.
