I'm thinking of getting a 10 round mag in 308 for Christmas. Can anyone suggest a vender? Just hope it's not to late. Thanks.

Depending how in depth you want to go and if your rifle's a short action, you might also think about a CDI Precision (http://cdiprecisiongunworks.com/) conversion. I just sent one of my Boyds stocks in for the DBM installation based on some positive feedback. Probably a little late for Christmas, since the woman I spoke to said their target was three weeks.

Same here.
I built a few new rifles with the CDI set up.
Short action Axis rifles that had my home brew Axis mag / G3 hybrid were changed out to the CDI set as well.
The CDI set up is nice especially since they'll cut in the bottom metal for free. The 5 different rifles they did for me were nice, tight fitting.

The 10 round mag set up is nice but I prefer the 5 round mags. Less weight and after 4-5 rounds the barrel's too hot anyway.

Last, if you go with a CDI set up you may want to consider doing pillars and a little bedding since they remove enough material to consider it.
