Are Savage and Stevens actions 100% interchangeable? Found a good price on a 2011 Stevens rifle. Looking for a donor action...

In a word, "Yes."

Stevens 200 Short action center feeds are the same as Savage short action center feeds.

Similarly, Stevens 200 S/a stagger feeds are the same a Savage s/a stagger feeds. Etc.

Bluing/finish might be "better" on the Savage.
