Check out the LSS-XL.

After doing reviews of the Tac21 and LSSxl I believe more than a couple reviewers liked the LSS systems better.

I know I certainly do for one very important reason. The scope is mounted to the action, NOT the chasis with no obstructions for bolt removal. I also like the fact that the trigger assembly stays attached to the action and the swap from Savage stock to LSSxl takes literally a few minutes. No scope removal. No trigger removal. Clear bolt access.

The only reason I personally could see going Tac21 is the look of it (if you want the AR platform look, in which case I'd just build an AR10) or if you want to load accessories on it.

Every time I pick up this set up, I love it.

Man that is nice. I'm building a 6.5-284. I ordered a 28 inch ss barrel from apache. I just can't make my mind up on the chasis I want. I like the xlr chassis also. This is just gonna be a range rifle. So I'm not concerned how heavy it is. But you have a really nice rifle.

I can attest that the XLR element is a really nice chassis. The machine work is excellent. I don't have the rifle completely built yet but the chassis is nice to Rambo around the house with haha.
