magnum ejector fit a 308 bolt head?

I have a magnum bolt head and am trying to trade for a 308 size. A member is sending me a 308 but his doesn't have an ejector. Can I remove my (magnum) ejector and install it in his 308 size bolt head and send him my now-incomplete bolt head?

Yes, but the ejector, spring and pin are only a few bucks from SSS or Midway.

thanks. reason for doing this is the guy trading me is sending me an incomplete bolt head so I'll take my components off mine and put on his, and then send my now incomplete one to him.
