Does anybody know why Midway USA has Mark 2 magazines on clearance? Why would they stop offering theses? Is Savage coming out with a different magazine or rim fire rifle?

They do it all the time, don't panic, rarely do they discontinue the item entirely.

Midway putting something on Clearance often means inventory reduction sale.

FWIW I bought 5 for right at $11 each. That's been a few years ago though. I don't think I need any more of them.

I bought two stainless ones for $14.80 each, now the stainless is $12.00.

I just checked today, 10 round $15.99 and stainless $22.99 each.

5 Round selling for $12.75 and stainless $19.99
