this is a good starting point to give you an idea for wind but the only way to know is to shoot in the wind...the info is also not real accurate as it says no value at 12 and 6 O'clock...the video below shows how much a 11:30 to 12 O'clock wind effects POI compared to POA..in the vid im holding dead center of an 18"x18" target at 650yds with no hold or wind dialed in...the impact is center of target but just under 9" low in a 15-20mph head wind...the same wind but from 6 O'clock would be about 6" high.

Personally? I really don't go by half of these methods. If it's one thing I've learned from sending rounds out to distance for the past 30 years is that there's is no "exact" rule to follow when your playing with Wind Gods. Experience is and will always be the best teacher. Sure there's some good ideas here, but as in anything shooting? It's all subjective.
