Model 116 7mm mag to 243?

Hello all,
I have a model 116 in 7mm Remington mag. I'm wanting to change to to 243. I'm trying to figure out what I'm going to need. It has the stagger feed internal magazine. Is DBM the only way to have it feed reliablely? So far the list is new barrel, barrel vice, action wrench, go and no go gauges, and new bolt head. Anything else. Thanks for the help

That's all.

With the stagger feed, you may just need to tweek the feed lips of the mag box.
