There is a pic of Palin hunting in this article and you can enlarge it to see it is a Savage 110 style rifle. You can see the bolt release
like Savage uses. I've seen her in other hunting events and suspected she had a Tupperware Savage but couldn't quite be sure.
She typically hunts with that light tupperware stock.

Why was this thread moved?

Because the model specific boards are for technical discussions and questions pertaining to those models, which this is not.

Seems to me there could be a considerable ammount of technical things to discuss regarding that picture.

Palin is a super foxy gal but I was curious if anyone could ID that as a 110 or a 110 variant. Is it even a long action or short? Can anyone ID that stock which would ID the model is. You can see the older bolt release lever. It looks like my 110GXP with a different stock. I've seen her in Texas and Alaska in fotos using that same rifle so I don't think she borrowed it. That's why I stuck it in the 110 forum category.Maybe somebody has that same rifle.

Yes, that would help. Kind of hard carrying without printing those.
