Model 25 Lightweight Varmiter in 17 Hornet not Ejecting

I have a brand new model 25 that extracts the brass from the bore but does not eject it from the chamber. The brass just ends up on top of the next round. Savage sent me a new ejector and spring but no directions. Anyone out have any help for me so I dont mess this up. Written steps or pics? Thanks

thx...I saw this as well but there is no mention of the extractor and spring. Will try savage again.

If it ejected I would have a very nice gun.
Not even broken in yet but these are the 200 yard groups.
(Mag only holds 4 rounds)

Savage sent me a couple parts but no instructions as they have too much liability for that, So I am sending the gun to them tomorrow.

Savage 25 Walking Varminter 17 Hornet. Serial number J23xxxx
Sending it back to savage.

Complaints:
Won't eject cartridges.
Trigger stick sometimes and you have to re cock it.


Gun was delivered to Savage by FedEx on Fri 11/06/2015.


Sent several Emails to Savage(trying to find out what was happening).
NOT ONE Reply!

I got it back from a Savage repair(on 12 14 15).
No message at all as to what they did. Not one word.


They fixed the eject problem.
The trigger still 'sticks'.

Came back with the bolt handle threads stripped.(Anyone know where I can buy one cheap)?
