Axis on sale, $209 after rebate at Academy

I see in the Sunday paper that Academy is selling the Axis for $209 after $50 Savage rebate and is available in five calibers. I just received my $100 rebate on a model 12 purchase I made at Cabelas in July. It takes a while, but the check does arrive!

Dicks has the Axis XP for $60 more after rebate.

i agree! i would have all sorts of specials to pick from with Cabelas and Academy in town, what a dream! only problem is lack of funds.

What peeves me is how a local sporting goods chain advertises the price after rebate ($270) like it's something to crow about. Other stores non-sale price is only $280 before rebate. It's my own fault really; the chain's price is still well below the MSRP.

Got a Cabela's ad in the mail yesterday having the axis for 219 after sale price and rebate! I may just have to get me one! Ive got a 22br barrel sitting that might be quite nice on it 😉

Picked up mine this week at Cabelas. 219 after rebate. All they had left was a 30-06 (in long action) so thats what I got. Well, momma swung by and picked it up.....and it "only" costed me a trip Talbots! 😲
