Very nice. I had a few barrels profiled "modified sporter" with muzzle flare built by Jim. Both outstanding shooters. 6.5 Grendel and a 308.
Your rifle looks great. I bet it shoots too.

Great job.

Very neat! It looks like a great all-purpose gun.

I'm thinking once my funds build back up of getting a featherweight with a flared muzzle and trying a jacketed barrel like BlueDog.

Finally got to do a bit of shooting on Saturday. Didn't have time to do as much as I wanted, but got it sighted in enough for deer season. Shooting the factory 180gn Fusions that I like for deer I was seeing 1.1-1.3 inches at 100yds. That's with just a bipod off a shooting table. I feel sure it is capable of much better when I have the time to really bear down on it.

I am extremely pleased with the way this rifle performs.

Yeah no doubt that barrel should get very decent groups at 100. 1.1-1.3 is a little much - you'll get it next time around!
