Just curious if anyone has done this? Seems like it would bve fun and give you a better picture of what bullets are doing at various ranges/velocities etc.

Was planning to use regular old knox gelain from the grocery store. Just thought it would be interesting to see how a load performed at 100 vs 200 vs 300 yards etc.

Have a hard time getting the newspaper wet here in the high desert.

And they don't like me shooting holes in the newspaper either since they like taking turns reading it over and over.

Think the last one I brought from town was pre-Global Warming and the cowboys are still fighting over it.

May 2010 was our coldest May on record, but I haven't told them yet.

Here's my take on this "gel", it isn't like tissue and doesn't represent animal tissue at rest or tense.
