Yeah thanks! I called them this morning. They took care of everything and said I should be receiving my card within 4 weeks. All is well.

Mine was also denied. I called and talked to a guy he checked my photos and said it was all good. The problem is the people who first check them don't know what to look for and deny them. I got it straightened out and he said I should have the card in 30 days.

My card app was received 11/12 and approved 12/11, with a 6-8 weeks to process the mailing.

Got an approval email today. It said ‘Award’ should arrive in 6 to 8 weeks.

For those still having trouble with the rebate calling is super easy. The problem i had was that cabelas put their own upc barcode over the one needed, but because it was on the receipt as well they pushed it through. Said i should receive it in less than 30 days and i was on the phone for less than 2 minutes. Hope this helps some people. Again the number is 800-998-8758

the process can go smoothly: i scanned what i am calling the 'savage end' of the carton. cabelas started using the opposite end for their stickers. sent the pdfs 11/11 evening. got the recvd request email 11/12 early am and the approved email 11/12 before noon. a little over 12 hours. maybe they'll go on sale again before 12/31... :cool:

It appears I did not have good luck on my second rebate. I checked the status a minute ago and the rebate status is on Step 2. It says "Non-Compliant 12/11/2017". I can only wonder what that means. I checked my scan and photo I submitted, and all looks well. I guess they will let me know what I need.


I just had that today as well. I called the number on the email and the gal took care if it (took about 10minutes) but now I show approved

I received the declined "did not contain an eligible UPC code" email too. Just called. Lady said that she'd run it through as an "exception" and that I should have my card in 4 weeks. Just checked my status and it now has the #1 "received" circle blue and dated 12/13 (today), with the #2 "approved" and #3 "mailed" circles white again.

I used a blow dryer and heated the top sticker up and it peeled right off. Hope this helps.

Finally shot mine. 3/4" with Hornady black. 1/2" with 129 gr hornady american whitetail. Sighted in at noon and shot a doe with it at 5:00.

I shot my 308 and 223 lets just say I need to find the right load. cheap factory was 3 moa for 308 and 1.75 for 223

Odd, my .223 was shooting 5 shots under 1 inch with odds and ends .223 rounds I had for foulers. They were all my reloads, but just plinkers...is your scope tight?

Chavit, can you share with us the specs on the stock and which scope you have? It looks very similar to the Cabela's Instinct 6.5-20x I recently picked up.
