I had 3 pounds of the recalled IMR 4007 SSC powder, and had to pull bullets from 50 rounds of 6.5 Creedmoor ammo. The powder had developed a rusty looking residue (see pic), and had a very strange odor unlike the smell of any other powder I have ever reloaded with.
