Have had a NIB/NF Savage 110 FCP-K .300 Win Mag for five years. need to get it "set up" for LOOOOOOng range shooting. Look forward to similar members of this forum.
Also, NRA LIFE/ENDOWMENT member since Fall 1976 and experience with rifles goes back 64 years.

Welcome, thank you for your service. Ex Air Force here 1985-90, Security Policeman. Had a Chinook land very close to me once at Wueschheim Air Station, Germany, simulated nuke warhead air lift. Very memorable experience.

Welcome you were long out of the service I am sure before I took my First $hithook ride. You guys are definitely a different breed. One of your Fellow rotorheads actually dropped one of our M102 in a training exercise (stupid high winds and the crew didn't want to the load but you know Brass)! It was a thing of beauty. Fell to the middle of a bog/ pond. Didn't see that piece for about 3 months!

Yep! Huey's with A/227 1st CAV 66-67 and then A/159/Pachyderms, 101ABN 1971. Left Danang April 2, 1972
