I am putting together a 6.5 Creedmoor (Bartlien 26" bull barrel) on a 4.27 Savage 12 action. The only options that I found are Choate Tactical and B&C Tactical. I have a 7MM-08 bull barrel in a Choate Tactical stock and am happy with it. I have read some negative reviews of the B&C Tactical stock having issues with barrel channels that were not straight. Are there any other options in this price range? Not looking to spend more then $300. The rifle will be used for informal target shooting off a bench. Does anyone know if a 1" bull barrel will fit the barrel channel of the B&C stock?
