Thanks that looks better! We haven't had a chance to pull it apart to examine yet but will one of these days. I thought it curious to say the least.

It appears to be a factory crimped Win Silver Tip or Rem bronze point.(?)

WW for sure. I was thinking PowerPoint or Silvertip. I'm curious if it has a cup base to it. Sure extruded the core a long way.

The curious side of me says take one apart and see what condition the powder is in.
