Can anyone give me details on a 99M #1090xxx?

The 99 actions stamped with "99M", are their 99DL model...nearest anyone can figure is the "M:" stands for Monte Cacrlo, as these were the first 99's to ever get a monte carlo raised comb butt stock.
What caliber is yours?
