It is an Unfired and Unmolested 110 Flat Back in 7mm Rem Mag, that I am not going to do anything to it and keep it strictly as a hunting rifle, it looks like it's a three screw trigger that is nice the way it is, and is my only left hand rig It's funny I am totally right handed for everything. But for some reason can cycle a left handed bolt like it was second nature.

Unfired? How can that be?[/QUOTE]

I know I also have a Rem 700 in 22-250 built in 1975 that is unfired, and also had a 1969 Winchester in 30-06 that was unfired. I traded that one for an M1 Garand here is the 700 it even has a vintage Redfield scope the finish looks like it is 1/2 thick, and they action is butter smooth it came from Remingtons custom shop, once again the pic does not do it justice.

Man, those old Redfield scopes are sweet. Sweet rifles too.

Nice guns Dean. Back in the 70s you could buy a new 700 for $200.
I bought one specificly to use as an even up trade for a pre 64 model 70 in 300 h&h.
The 300 kicked too much for the guy and he wanted a 270.
I foolishly sold the model 70 a week later for a $150 profit.

This one is a custom shop one, so it was probably more than $200.00. as far as this 7mm flat back goes how old can it possibly be what time frame were the made in.

Looks like an early 60's model to me, but that's just a guess on my part.

Thinking of maybe selling it, another unfired rifle taking up room in the safe ya that is what I need.

The scope is a Pentax Sunseeker 3X15-50

The serial number starts with a E

To say it is Mint would be a understatement
