Hey guys. My name is Preston and I'm 25. I've been shooting my whole life, but I am fairly new to reloading and building precision rifles. Most of my rifle shooting revolves around varmint hunting. My current project is my late fathers Model 12FV 223. I am working on getting into longer range shooting. I am waiting on a 260 REM 40* shoulder barrel from Mike Bellm. I joined the site to learn what goes into rebarreling a savage as well as obtaining the parts and knowledge to convert the bolt and magazine to accept the 260. I am also going to be in the market for a trigger to replace the accutrigger. I don't have any pictures or numbers off of the rifle I am working on but I will get some up later.
