450 BM for stagger feed short actions

Has anyone been able to make a s/f s/a work with the 450BM? I have used c/f's just fine, but the s/f mag throws multiple cartridges out the top when working the bolt.

Is it me or is there not a fix to that?

Is there a reason (I can't see yet) for not trying to make a C/F blind mag work with the S/F action?

Well, I went ahead and inserted a c/f mag into the s/f stock well... had to do some minor alterations to the mag well and place some cardboard shims followed-up with liquid, 2-part epoxy to make it all hold properly, but it worked out just fine. If it weren't for the need to make the 450bm's feed properly, there probably wouldn't ever be a reason to try the switch, but it worked nevertheless.

Interesting. I have wondered if the sf-cf could be done this way.
