Bedding a 93r17 TR

Anybody know how I would go about bedding one of these glass and probably pillar? Does anyone know where exactly the action makes contact with the stock? I can kind of tell by some marks on the action but am not 100% sure.
Heres a pretty good article but it seems like quite a lot of work and seems like there would be dangers in ruining the stock if the pillar job isnt done perfectly. Also I do not have the ability to custom machine parts.

Just one word of caution- don't do ANYTHING until you fully understand what the screws hold onto and what and where to bed.
