I'm a Vietnam Veteran (I'm giving away my age here). I trained on the M-16 and M-1 Carbine. During my time in the Air Force I worked as an aircraft weapons mechanic and air munitions handler. I worked on 20 mm aircraft guns. It is only in the past 15-20 years that I have personally owned firearms and in the past 10-15 years I have been reloading my own ammo. I became involved with Savage Arms about 12 years ago by accident, so to speak, when I was doing a gun show trying to sell crafts I had done. I had mentioned to someone at the show that I'm a "lefty" long gun shooter. Later that day someone approached me and asked if I was interested in buying a left hand Savage 110 in .264 Win Mag. Little did I know that I was headed down a path that I couldn't get off of or make a U-turn.
