Glad to be here and I hope to contribute to this site and not just take away info from it. I am not new to firearms but I wasn't raised with them in hand either. I got the bug about 10 years ago and it's taken hold in a big way for me starting about 3 years ago. Started with pistols and AR platforms and has morphed into rifle shooting of all types and my first real hunting experiences. I'm also an avid reloader and have become pretty good at it in a short period of time.
I have the long range sickness though...... Plain and simple. I own mostly Remys and wbys. My shooting guru/spotter/friend is a Savage fan and has opened my eyes to the other side. I'm looking forward to purchasing and completing a build in .260 Rem and hope to gets lots of opinions and advice here. I try not to comment too much and keep my eyes and ears open. I love learning and hope I'll never stop.
