Have to get a barrel and nut and recoil lug , action wrench and barrel nut wrench and headspace gauges.Should I duracoat the barrel black to match the action or just duracoat the flute in the barrel?

What stock is that? I have a 280ai build as well with a varmint contour Shaw barrel. I need to order a headspace gauge and dies for it.

It is a bell and carlson. I have to widen the barrel channel to fit the magnum contour barrel I habe .
