Nor were mine.
As I mentioned, I didn't bother going in depth as far as analyzing each case. I knew the necks were a bit ruff. I knew there would be some issues with the necks. When I loaded my 1st batch, I could feel some ruffness against the pill while pressing into the case mouth. Its gonna be there. I didn't even bother to get my chamfer tool out and have at it on the case mouth.
Believe it or not, I acquired excellent results with the cases as is (after load development 100 rds or so)
After fire forming and acquiring my load, I then went indepth and got after the cases. I wasn't surprised to see that they didn't grow much, course I collet size so that has to factor in.
Man...its really a bummer Hood.
Can you post pics?

All of the marks are at the low or Zero. I just grabbed one and spun it to the high.

Did I mention the primers were about to fall out on many of the cases?

I tried going with more chrg weights on my 140,s but they didn't fly well at higher chrgs. 41.5 imr 4350 is pushing the 140 horn 2786. I have 4 firings on a batch and so far I haven't had a problem with the cases.
Im stump,t
do you collet size? or small base

I use Type S - Neck Bushing Die. I took some and full length sized them up to 7mm-08 and it went to .0005 R O. Neck sized it back down but it was too big of a step and gained .002+or- back. I am thinking if I get a .295 - .298 bushing I can get it where I want for the cost of a bushing plus shipping. Now if I had a way to squeeze the primer pockets so I don't have to use Loctite 640 to hold the primers in. now Im up to 85 cents a rnd. ****. Lapua 243 brass is 91 cents plus shipping.

Down to .88 plus shipping. I think I will wait and buy the 260 for .89. I have already chucked 32 pieces from cut primer pockets so I will be way ahead.
